We revolutionise solid tumor treatment by engineering synthetic immune cells. As the first antibody-engineered CAR-macrophages (AB-CAR-M), we precisely target both cancer cells (“the seed”) and the tumor microenvironment (“soil”). Our dual targeting delivers more effective and durable responses than conventional CAR-T or CAR-M therapies. Powered by a high-throughput CAR design platform and scalable stem cell–based manufacturing, we overcome key barriers in solid tumor immunotherapy.
